Use Queen Helena Mint Julep Mud Mask or Nu-Skin Glacial Marine “Epoch” Mud Mask. It’s the closest thing to a cure for acne. Also, just get a good soap with it too, but NOT just by itself.(Neutrogena) Drink a 1/2 gallon-1 gallon of water all day everyday. NO Greasy Hamburgers or “Milk” Chocolate. Always wash with soapy water around your mouth after eating!

I need help!
i started breaking out in my forehead few months ago and it doesnt go away.. its like a combonation of pimple and little bumps all over my forehead.. i tried using some acne face washes but doesnt go away. don’t know why im breaking out all of a sudden.. i’ve never broken out in 19years of my life… wonder whats wrong with my skin……

It depends on your skin…someone who uses your skincare routine might not like it so it all depends

You should probably ask a dermatologist…not a bunch of people who will not have any clue especially since they don’t know anything about your skin/eating habits/makeup usage..etc….

I don’t use that kind, I use the same clinique but it is the 3 steps. It really helps!!! But it takes like a week or 2 to get rid of the pimple. I think i am going to use the kind that you use!!

to those of you how have sensible scin:

don’t use anythings thats got a higher percentage of Benzoyl Peroxide in it- it s just to harsh for that sensible skin and could make the acne even worse.that s what it did to mine… i was using proactive and my skin was just aweful!
