Try Clinque moisture surge! It’s a gel creme, super fast absorbing and like the name locks in moisture. It’s not greasy and super light but it seems to work for me. Since it dries so quickly you could also do layers but a little goes a long way IMO

Well based on my research, if your skin is dry type, are you sure it was not the alcohol that made you break out with the eye makeup remover? or there could have been chemicals or vitamin e…the truth is, oil is good for your skin, and only oil products, effectively remove waterproof eye makeup..do you use water base?
